Business Development Executive

We are looking for a proactive and research-driven Business Development Executive to support our growth in the publishing and author services space. The role involves identifying opportunities, engaging potential clients, and supporting strategic outreach initiatives.

1. Research & Development (R&D)

Conduct market research to identify potential authors, writers, and content creators.
Identify trends, opportunities, and emerging segments in the publishing industry.
Build and maintain lead databases from social media, communities, and professional networks.

2. Client Outreach

Reach out to potential authors and clients.
Initiate conversations and introduce publishing services.

3. Lead Management

Track leads and interactions using CRM or internal systems.
Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships.

4. Strategy Support

Support business growth initiatives and outreach campaigns.
Provide insights from market research to refine acquisition strategies.

Good research and analytical ability
Interest in books, writing, or publishing is a plus
Self-driven and organized

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle client conversations professionally
